Table tennis accessories, children and games products: 2-4 business days
Shipping internationally
Table tennis tables Austria: approx. 10 working days
Table tennis tables internationally: 2-3 weeks
Table tennis accessories, children and game products: 1-2 weeks
Please note:
Shipping may vary slightly by region. Delays of 2-3 days can also occur on certain public holidays (Christmas, Easter, etc.). There can always be delays in shipping, which we unfortunately cannot influence. However, we do our best to bring the goods to you as quickly as possible in constant exchange with the shipping service provider.
If the desired destination country is not available, shipping and the respective costs can be requested at any time. In this case please contact us.
Terms of delivery and shipping
The goods are delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. When processing the transaction, the delivery address stored by the customer at Kettlershop.com is decisive.
If there are several items in the order, the delivery is based on the item with the longest delivery time.
Shipping TT plates to Germany, Austria & France by DHL:
- Home Delivery Service (2-man handling)
- Up to the first lockable door (exception: K15, up to the curb)
- Delivery between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Shipping of TT plates to other countries by forwarding agent GEIS

Before delivery, the forwarding agent will contact you by phone to coordinate an exact date with you. It is necessary for a domestic telephone number to be stored..
If delivery of the goods fails for reasons for which the customer is responsible, the customer shall bear the reasonable costs incurred by the seller as a result.
This does not apply with regard to the costs for the outward shipment if the customer effectively exercises his right of withdrawal. If the customer effectively exercises the right of withdrawal, the regulation made in the seller's cancellation policy applies to the return costs.
Desired delivery date with shipping by DHL
If a specific delivery date is desired for a table tennis table, this can be requested in writing to info@kettlershop.com. The costs for this are to be borne by the customer and amount to plus €39.90 (delivery on working days). This only applies to shipments to Germany. In all other countries, no desired delivery date is possible. Please note that only the day but no time window can be specified.
